Accountabilities:
- Lead consulting engagements to define client requirements, system architecture, and integrated security solutions.
- Design, test, and validate physical security platforms, applications, and IoT-enabled systems in lab and client environments.
- Develop test plans, execution strategies, and detailed technical documentation for solution validation and reporting.
- Conduct research on emerging security technologies, industry trends, and system integration approaches.
- Produce technical reports, case studies, and presentations for both technical and executive audiences.
- Provide internal consulting support to project teams on system design, configuration, and implementation strategies.
- Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and technology vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
- Lead solution configuration efforts, including system setup, integration, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Support the development of client security standards, policies, and long-term technology roadmaps.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants while contributing to team capability development.
- 10+ years of experience in physical security systems design, integration, or consulting roles.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of physical security platforms, system architecture, and integration principles.
- Familiarity with server infrastructure, operating systems, and network architecture fundamentals.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and risk considerations related to physical security systems.
- Hands-on experience with security technologies and platforms such as access control, video management, or intrusion systems.
- Proficiency in technical documentation, system analysis, and data interpretation.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working across multiple industries and complex enterprise environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead technical initiatives, and drive project execution.
- Certifications such as PSP, CPP, or vendor-specific credentials are considered a plus.
- Competitive annual salary range: $140,000 – $180,000 depending on experience and qualifications
