Accountabilities:
- Manage daily relationships with channel partners across Brazil and Latin America, maintaining strong engagement with key stakeholders.
- Build and develop relationships with existing and prospective partners to expand business opportunities.
- Handle inbound partner requests and coordinate internal follow-ups to ensure effective support.
- Generate pipeline opportunities and develop strategies for customer acquisition through partner channels.
- Create and execute go-to-market plans with partners to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams on partner enablement activities, including messaging, marketing initiatives, training sessions, campaigns, webinars, and events.
- Support partners with product positioning, sales strategies, and deal execution approaches.
- Manage partner program compliance, agreements, and operational processes.
- Resolve deal registration conflicts between internal sales teams and partner organizations.
- Conduct business reviews with partner leadership teams to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Expand partnership strategies by identifying opportunities with additional technology partners.
- 4+ years of experience managing channel partnerships in Brazil and Latin America.
- Advanced professional fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
- Proven experience building revenue-generating partnerships with reseller partners.
- Demonstrated success creating partnership strategies from the ground up.
- Experience developing and documenting partner service practices and processes.
- Strong understanding of security, infrastructure, or SaaS solutions.
- Proven ability to achieve or exceed revenue and growth targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage priorities in a remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience with identity and access management solutions is a plus.
- Previous experience in high-growth technology environments is desirable.
- Familiarity with tools such as Gong or Impartner is considered an advantage.
