SUPO)Why this role matters:We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to own and continuously optimize ICEYE’s shipping, inbound and outbound logistics operations in Finland and its multiple subsidiaries, ensuring compliant, accurate, and disruption-free material flow that enables reliable satellite production and global mission delivery.This role safeguards documentation integrity, customs compliance, and operational precision across domestic, international, and inter-site movements - directly contributing to ICEYE’s speed, reliability, and supply chain excellence.Who We AreICEYE delivers space-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities to governments and allied nations. We have more than 900 employees, united by a shared vision: improving life on Earth by becoming the global source of truth in Earth Observation.Your day-to-day responsibilities include:Customs Compliance control, with focus in European Union processesPractical experience with EU customs regulations and import/export procedures (tullaus).Familiarity with customs clearance procedures such as Inward Processing, Transit (Internal/External – T1, T2, TIR), Storage, etcAbility to identify risks related to international shipments and proactively resolve issues.This role requires professional-level Finnish language skills.Transportation & Freight Execution (Freight Forwarding)Experience managing domestic and international transport modes (road, air, sea).Familiarity with Incoterms and transportation planning principles.Knowledge of IATA DGR, ADR and IMDG requirements (certification considered an advantage).Inter-Site Logistics & Operational CoordinationAbility to manage material movements between ICEYE sites in Espoo and other subsidiaries, supporting efficient inter-site and intercompany logistics operations.Ensure full traceability and visibility of material flows.Inbound & Outbound Operations collaboration (on-site) Support inbound and outbound logistics processes, ensuring accurate documentation and material flow.Collaborate closely with Stock Management, R&D and other internal business units to maintain accurate inventory records and ensure reliable material availability for production.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance process standardization, reliability, cost-efficiency, and operational scalability.Qualities we are looking forEnd-to-End Ownership – Takes responsibility for execution and drives improvements, not just coordinationOperational Prioritization – Ability to manage time-critical production...
