Join Aveda and be part of a purpose-led brand committed to sustainability, wellcing an making positive impact through everything we do.Qualifications ABOUT YOU:Proven experience in a Management role, ideally within prestige beauty, haircare, or wellnessDemonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales targets and KPI performance (productivity, ATV, conversion)Strong leadership capability with experience coaching, motivating, and developing high-performing teamsPassion for delivering premium, personalised customer experiences aligned with luxury or high-touch service environmentsExperience in clienteling, event execution, and building a loyal customer baseSolid understanding of retail operations, including POS systems, stock management, rostering, and reportingAlignment with Aveda’s values of sustainability, wellbeing, and holistic beautyBackground in haircare, salon, or holistic wellness highly regardedFlexible availability to work retail trading hours, including weekends and key trading periodsLegal right to live and work in the countryInsights from previous hiresPreviously worked atNPreviously worked as1.
