Role responsibilities
The Market Real Estate Relationship Manager is responsible for identifying, winning, and growing relationships with middle market income property developers and investors. This includes originating new business, managing client relationships, and guiding transaction processes from engagement to close.
Requirements
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Economics and at least five years of commercial real estate banking experience. A network of industry contacts and direct experience in sourcing and originating commercial real estate loans is also required.
