Talent Operations Partner

Location: Israel (Herzliya + Tel Aviv)

Role Overview:

Join Fortinet, a cybersecurity pioneer with over two decades of excellence, as we continue to shape the future of cybersecurity and redefine the intersection of networking and security. At Fortinet, our mission is to safeguard people, devices, and data everywhere. We are currently seeking a dynamic Talent Operations Partner to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business.

We're looking for a Talent Operations Partner to be the backbone of our HR operations in Israel: the person who keeps processes, systems, and data running accurately behind the scenes while also being a trusted, responsive presence for employees and managers day to day. This is a role for someone who thrives on structure and precision in a fast-moving, high-volume environment, and who takes real ownership of making HR operations scalable, auditable, and reliable across a large, complex, multi-country organization. Just as important as the operational rigor is the human side of the role: you're approachable, people-oriented, and genuinely enjoy helping others, bringing a customer-focused mindset to every interaction so employees and managers alike feel heard, supported, and well taken care of.

As a Talent Operations Partner, you will own the processes, systems, and data infrastructure that keep HR running accurately and efficiently, while also serving as a trusted, approachable point of contact for employees and managers.

You will:

  • Own and continuously improve HR processes and workflows across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, transfers, contracts, benefits, payroll operations including time attendance), ensuring they are documented, standardized, and scalable across the organization.
  • HRIS: maintain accurate employee data, configure and troubleshoot workflows, run regular data integrity audits.
  • Manage multiple concurrent HR operations priorities and deadlines — payroll cycles, audits, compliance filings, benefits enrollment, reporting — without dropping details, in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.
  • Prepare, maintain, and quality-control HR documentation, reports, and employee records, with strong attention to accuracy and auditability.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policy, translating requirements into clear guidance and system/process updates for stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary, approachable point of contact for employees and managers on HR matters, bringing a customer-focused mindset to every interaction and ensuring a positive, responsive employee experience.
  • Plan and implement employee welfare and engagement activities.
  • Contribute to the design, documentation, and rollout of HR policies and process improvements.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the EMEA HR team as needed.

We are looking for:

  • Proven HR operations/systems experience in a large, complex organization — this is a core requirement, not a preference.
  • Proven experience delivering HR support in international/global environments.
  • Hands-on HRIS expertise: configuring workflows, running audits, generating reports, and troubleshooting data issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of competing priorities and deadlines simultaneously, with strong organizational rigor and process discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a bias toward building repeatable, well-documented processes over ad-hoc fixes.
  • Experience managing end-to-end HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, engagement initiatives) at scale.
  • A naturally approachable, people-first style, with a customer-focused mindset and genuine care for delivering a positive employee experience.
  • Collaborative, adaptable team player, comfortable in dynamic, global, fast-paced settings.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (comfortable with formulas/pivot tables for reporting) plus Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
