As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will define system architecture and requirements, lead integration activities, and ensure system performance aligns with product objectives. You will lead cross-functional technical efforts and solve complex system-level challenges. 

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Systems Engineering and is part of the Systems Engineering team located in Loveland, Colorado and will be an on-site role. 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Define system architecture and requirements 
• Decompose system requirements and allocate targets 
• Perform system modeling and analysis 
• Drive root cause analysis and risk management 
• Support cross-functional tradeoff decisions 

The essential requirements of the job include

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 5+ years systems engineering experience
• Experience with requirements and system integration
• Demonstrated experience in root cause investigation and problem analysis
• Demonstrated ability to produce technical/process documentation

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to travel – up to 10% travel, overnight 

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Regulated environments (GMP, ISO) 
• Model-based systems engineering 
• Experience with requirements and test management using JIRA plugins

For the posts: The annual salary range is $92,500-$120,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
