Accountabilities

    • Manage the full-cycle physician recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates through offer negotiation and acceptance.
    • Build, develop, and maintain strong physician talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs across multiple healthcare markets.
    • Conduct candidate interviews and evaluations to assess clinical qualifications, experience, and overall fit for available opportunities.
    • Partner with operational leaders to design and execute strategic recruitment plans aligned with workforce objectives.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact between physician candidates and hiring leaders, ensuring clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure data integrity.
    • Collaborate with Legal and Human Resources teams during employment negotiations and hiring activities.
    • Monitor recruitment metrics, market trends, and sourcing performance to continuously improve recruiting effectiveness.
    • Research healthcare labor market trends and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top physician talent.
    • Support physician onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition into clinical practice while fostering long-term candidate relationships.
    • Requirements

      • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
      • 2–4 years of physician recruitment or healthcare recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruitment responsibilities.
      • Demonstrated experience managing recruitment processes from sourcing through offer acceptance.
      • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage healthcare professionals effectively.
      • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
      • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
      • Strong negotiation and influencing abilities with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
      • Analytical skills with experience tracking recruiting metrics and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
      • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in a remote environment.
      • Experience developing proactive recruiting strategies and long-term talent pipelines within healthcare is preferred.
