Accountabilities:

    • Develop and evolve scalable web applications using .NET (C#) across backend and fullstack environments.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, refine solutions, and translate business needs into technical implementations.
    • Design, build, and maintain APIs, integrations, and database-driven systems.
    • Contribute to frontend development when needed, working with modern SPA frameworks such as React.js.
    • Participate in architectural discussions, technical decision-making, and code reviews to ensure high-quality engineering standards.
    • Work with cloud environments, infrastructure components, and deployment pipelines when required.
    • Balance trade-offs between performance, scalability, maintainability, and delivery speed.
    • Engage in international, client-facing interactions in English across meetings and async communication.
    • Requirements:

      • Solid experience as a Software Engineer with strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
      • Experience building scalable backend systems, APIs, and data-driven applications.
      • Fullstack mindset with familiarity in frontend development (preferably React.js or similar SPA frameworks).
      • Knowledge of databases, integrations, and distributed system concepts.
      • Experience working in cloud or containerized environments (e.g., AWS, Docker) is a plus.
      • Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including clean code, version control, and maintainability.
      • Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing, and project-based environments.
      • Advanced English proficiency for international communication.
      • Strong problem-solving skills, autonomy, and collaborative mindset.
      • Experience working with AI tools in development workflows is considered a plus.
