We are looking for an Analyst, Account Management Services
Location: Gurugram
What this job involves:
The Analyst provides operational support for governance framework implementation and maintenance across different client accounts, executing defined tasks. This is a non-client-facing, operations-focused role that works within an established scope. The Analyst coordinates with internal stakeholders for data gathering, tracks performance metrics, and maintains reporting processes.
Responsibilities:
· Support account operations and governance activities, ensuring effective coordination of governance frameworks, reporting structures, and account management processes.
· Assist in project coordination and account support, acting as a liaison across internal teams to facilitate smooth execution of account initiatives.
· Maintain structured document management and record-keeping practices to ensure accessibility, compliance, and operational continuity.
· Support preparation and maintenance of account reporting, including KPI tracking, performance dashboards, and periodic business reviews.
· Conduct data validation and quality checks across account trackers, reporting tools, and operational systems to ensure data accuracy.
· Contribute to performance management activities by supporting reporting processes, analysis preparation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
· Assist in change management and escalation tracking, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up actions across account operations.
· Develop and maintain account materials and knowledge assets, including governance documentation, playbooks, organizational structures, and communication templates.
· Support creation of case studies, lessons learned documentation, and account communications to capture insights and best practices.
· Coordinate stakeholder communications, including preparation of newsletters, updates, and account engagement materials.
· Assist with client compliance and audit support activities, ensuring adherence to operational procedures and documentation standards.
· Contribute to initiatives that enhance client satisfaction, collaboration, and long-term account planning.
Qualification
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferable in Administration / Finance / Economics / Management / Real Estate.
· 1+ years of relevant business environment experience.
· Strong knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel - advanced formulas and PivotTable, Power Point).
· Fluent spoken and written Business English (enabling conference calls active attendance).
· Ability to see through data and translate it into understandable outputs (e-mails, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets).
· Curious, open – minded and willing to develop and challenge status quo.
· Basic understanding of database management and data organization principles
· Knowledge of document management systems and quality control processes
· Experience with survey platforms, data collection tools, and project management systems
· Reliability and accountability in meeting deadlines and maintaining consistent quality standards.
· Team-oriented mindset supporting strategic objectives through operational excellence.
