Accountabilities:
- Build and maintain a unified data-driven decision-making framework for marketing, defining key metrics, reporting standards, dashboards, and analytical best practices across the organization.
- Lead and develop a team of marketing and web analysts, setting priorities, defining responsibilities, and supporting career growth through mentoring and structured development plans.
- Own marketing attribution and performance measurement across channels (affiliate, arbitrage, SEO, influencer marketing), ensuring accuracy of spend allocation and user segmentation.
- Define requirements for Data Engineering teams to ensure high-quality data pipelines, consistent campaign structures, and reliable marketing datasets.
- Oversee web analytics operations including event tracking, funnel analysis, and user behavior insights to optimize conversion performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with traffic acquisition, product, growth, and data teams to deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain clear, structured, and up-to-date documentation across all marketing analytics processes and systems.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing or product analytics, including proven experience leading or managing analytics teams, ideally within performance-driven or iGaming environments.
- Strong experience building analytics functions or frameworks from scratch, from requirements gathering to delivery of insights and reporting solutions.
- Deep understanding of traffic acquisition models (CPA, hybrid, rev-share) and marketing attribution methodologies.
- Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Experience working with dbt, Git, and modern data warehouse architectures.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, including building scalable and insightful dashboards.
- Strong understanding of statistics and predictive modeling concepts (e.g., LTV, revenue forecasting) with ability to guide model design and review outputs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex analytical insights into clear business recommendations.
- (Nice to have) Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- (Nice to have) Knowledge of Python and exposure to ML-based modeling such as LTV prediction or user segmentation.
