Responsible for planning and coordinating outbound sea freight export shipments, ensuring cargo is executed accurately and on time while meeting customer requirements and operational SLA. The role acts as the bridge between Customer Care and execution teams, with a primary focus on transport planning, shipment visibility, and operational coordination. 

How you create impact

• Plan and coordinate outbound sea freight export shipments to ensure timely and accurate cargo movement.
• Prepare transport routing and cargo planning based on customer requirements and shipping schedules.
• Monitor shipment progress, proactively resolve operational issues, and ensure on-time execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless shipment execution.
• Liaise with shipping lines, port terminals, logistics partners, and customers regarding shipment status and operational requirements.
• Review shipment information to ensure planning accuracy and operational compliance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, including performance and shipment status updates.
• Analyze operational data and identify opportunities to improve planning efficiency and service quality.

What we would like you to bring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding.
• Mandatory experience in Sea Freight Export Operations.
• Proven experience in transport planning, routing, and export operations.
• Experience managing high-volume export shipments is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of sea freight export processes and transport planning.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills; Macro knowledge is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
