The Offering Manager, Cybersecurity Professional Services is responsible for defining, managing, and growing a portfolio of cybersecurity services that help customers assess, improve, and strengthen their security posture. This role owns the strategy, lifecycle management, profitability, and growth of key cybersecurity offerings, working closely with sales, delivery, security consultants, penetration testers, marketing, and strategic partners.

The successful candidate will serve as the business owner for designated cybersecurity service offerings, ensuring they remain competitive, scalable, profitable, and aligned to evolving customer and market requirements. The role requires strong collaboration across teams to drive customer outcomes, offering adoption, and revenue growth while maintaining high-quality service delivery.

Travel: 25-50% as required

This role is ideal for a cybersecurity professional who combines strategic business thinking with strong collaboration skills and a passion for helping customers improve their security posture through innovative and impactful professional services offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Offering Strategy & Portfolio Ownership

  • Own the lifecycle management of cybersecurity professional service offerings, including strategy, development, launch, enhancement, and retirement.
  • Develop and execute growth plans for strategic offerings, including:
    • Cybersecurity Assessments
    • Security Maturity Assessments
    • Tabletop Exercises
    • Penetration Testing Services
    • Vulnerability Assessments
    • Application Whitelisting Services
    • Security Advisory and Consulting Services
  • Define value propositions, service scope, pricing models, and packaging strategies.
  • Build and maintain business plans that drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer adoption.

Application Whitelisting Offering Leadership

  • Serve as the business owner for the Application Whitelisting portfolio.
  • Develop strategies to expand customer adoption and drive recurring revenue opportunities.
  • Establish strong relationships with technology partners and vendors supporting application control solutions.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts and new market segments.
  • Work closely with sales and customer success teams to position application whitelisting as a foundational cybersecurity control.

Customer & Market Engagement

  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to identify emerging needs and service enhancements.
  • Monitor cybersecurity trends, regulatory requirements, threat landscapes, and competitor offerings.
  • Translate customer challenges into repeatable and scalable service offerings.

Cross-Functional Team Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Security Consultants, Professional Services Delivery Managers, Architects, and Penetration Testing teams to define and enhance service offerings.
  • Collaborate with sales teams on strategic opportunities, proposals, customer presentations, and large pursuits.
  • Work with marketing to develop messaging, campaigns, thought leadership content, and demand generation activities.
  • Coordinate with operations and finance teams to ensure offerings meet profitability and delivery objectives.
  • Facilitate alignment between sales, delivery, product, and partner teams to ensure successful offering execution and customer outcomes.
  • Lead regular stakeholder reviews to evaluate portfolio performance and prioritize enhancements.

Service Development & Delivery Enablement

  • Develop standardized methodologies, delivery frameworks, templates, and service documentation.
  • Ensure cybersecurity offerings are repeatable, scalable, and aligned to industry best practices.
  • Support service delivery teams with training, enablement, and operational guidance.
  • Incorporate lessons learned from customer engagements into offering improvements.

Penetration Testing & Assessment Services Management

  • Work closely with penetration testing teams to evolve and enhance assessment methodologies.
  • Help define service packages, scopes of work, reporting standards, and remediation advisory components.
  • Ensure assessment and testing services remain aligned with current threat vectors, frameworks, and customer expectations.
  • Support customer engagements involving security assessments, penetration testing, red team activities, and tabletop exercises.

Go-to-Market & Sales Enablement

  • Lead go-to-market planning and launch activities for cybersecurity offerings.
  • Develop sales enablement materials, customer presentations, competitive positioning, and solution briefs.
  • Support strategic customer opportunities and executive-level discussions.
  • Drive pipeline growth through close collaboration with sales and partner organizations.

Financial & Performance Management

  • Establish and manage revenue, bookings, margin, and adoption targets for assigned offerings.
  • Track offering performance and customer outcomes using defined KPIs.
  • Develop recommendations for investment, optimization, expansion, or retirement of services.
  • Present portfolio performance and business recommendations to senior leadership.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years experience in offering management, product management, consulting, cybersecurity services, or professional services.
  • Experience managing cybersecurity solutions or services portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains, including:
    • Security Assessments
    • Vulnerability Management
    • Penetration Testing
    • Security Operations
    • Governance, Risk, and Compliance
    • Application Control and Whitelisting
    • Incident Response and Preparedness
  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally in matrixed organizations.
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing revenue and profitability objectives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

WE VALUE

  • Experience within a cybersecurity consulting, MSSP, professional services, or technology organization.
  • Familiarity with industry frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS Controls, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK, and Zero Trust.
  • Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Security+, or equivalent.
  • Experience working with enterprise and public sector customers.
  • MBA or advanced degree is an asset.
