Role responsibilities
The AVP, Business Operations is responsible for all operational elements of the business, ensuring the integrity of financial transactions and driving enterprise process automation. This role also involves mentoring and developing operations team members.
Requirements
Candidates should have extensive knowledge of corporate functions and the automotive F&I industry, along with over 10 years of experience in business operations. A bachelor's degree is required, while a master's degree is preferred.
