Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to align software development with business objectives. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. - Ensure adherence to best practices in software design, coding standards, and quality assurance. - Facilitate effective communication channels between technical teams and business stakeholders to optimize project outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting. - Strong experience in designing and implementing custom software solutions within enterprise environments. - Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and modern programming frameworks. - Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of software components. - Skilled in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
