How you’ll make an impact in this role

  • Lead the clinical patient flow by preparing patients for examinations and assisting providers with outpatient procedures to ensure a seamless, high-quality visit.
  • Coordinate the continuum of care by managing referrals, follow-ups, and specialty communication to bridge the gap between the clinic and outside providers.
  • Support patient health literacy by translating complex physician orders into clear, actionable education plans that empower patients to manage their health at home.
  • Streamline treatment implementation by accurately executing clinical orders and documenting patient progress to maintain an airtight record of their long-term care journey.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

 

Required Credential(s):

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Valid state license required specific to the state in which the associate works.

Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire

What additional preferences we're seeking

RN with Occupational Health, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room experience helpful.
