Accountabilities:

    The Sales Director will be responsible for developing enterprise sales opportunities, managing strategic customer relationships, and driving revenue growth within the financial services sector. This role requires a strong ability to navigate complex sales cycles, influence senior stakeholders, and build scalable sales strategies in an evolving technology landscape.

    • Identify, target, and engage enterprise prospects through research, networking, outbound initiatives, and relationship-building activities.
    • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior decision-makers across banks, insurers, financial institutions, and related organizations.
    • Own the complete sales lifecycle, from pipeline generation and discovery through negotiation, contracting, and closing.
    • Manage complex enterprise deals, including high-value agreements with multi-stakeholder buying processes.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies designed to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
    • Create tailored sales presentations, proposals, and business cases aligned with customer objectives.
    • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, technical, legal, finance, and operations teams to support successful customer engagements.
    • Help define and improve sales processes, go-to-market strategies, and commercial operations within a growing team.
    • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities to inform sales decisions.
    • Represent the organization as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to enterprise customers.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an experienced enterprise sales leader with a proven ability to close large-scale technology deals and build strategic customer relationships. You should combine commercial expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a high-growth environment.

      • 8–12+ years of experience in enterprise, strategic, or consultative sales roles focused on acquiring and growing large accounts.
      • Demonstrated success managing significant sales quotas and closing complex six- and seven-figure annual contract value deals.
      • Proven experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close.
      • Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes and experience engaging executive-level stakeholders.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
      • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate market opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
      • Proven ability to generate pipeline through networking, research, outbound prospecting, and relationship development.
      • Experience building sales strategies, go-to-market motions, or sales teams in early-stage or high-growth environments.
      • Preferred: Knowledge of artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, or enterprise software markets.
      • Preferred: Experience selling solutions to financial institutions or regulated industries.
