Accountabilities:
- Identify, target, and engage enterprise prospects through research, networking, outbound initiatives, and relationship-building activities.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior decision-makers across banks, insurers, financial institutions, and related organizations.
- Own the complete sales lifecycle, from pipeline generation and discovery through negotiation, contracting, and closing.
- Manage complex enterprise deals, including high-value agreements with multi-stakeholder buying processes.
- Develop and execute sales strategies designed to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Create tailored sales presentations, proposals, and business cases aligned with customer objectives.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, technical, legal, finance, and operations teams to support successful customer engagements.
- Help define and improve sales processes, go-to-market strategies, and commercial operations within a growing team.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities to inform sales decisions.
- Represent the organization as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to enterprise customers.
- 8–12+ years of experience in enterprise, strategic, or consultative sales roles focused on acquiring and growing large accounts.
- Demonstrated success managing significant sales quotas and closing complex six- and seven-figure annual contract value deals.
- Proven experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close.
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes and experience engaging executive-level stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate market opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven ability to generate pipeline through networking, research, outbound prospecting, and relationship development.
- Experience building sales strategies, go-to-market motions, or sales teams in early-stage or high-growth environments.
