The Role

At Kyndryl, we are committed to promoting inclusion and diversity. As part of this initiative, we established the Business Support Team to create more opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Currently, more than a dozen team members are actively contributing by leveraging their unique strengths. We are now expanding the team and seeking new members to join us.

■ A Wide Range of Tasks and a Supportive Environment for New Challenges

New team members will play a key role in supporting Kyndryl’s operations by utilizing their previous experience and skills.
Examples of tasks include:

  • General administrative work such as document preparation

  • Translation of internal documents (English ↔ Japanese)

  • Reviewing and preparing accounting-related documents, and entering data into systems

  • Creating and updating SharePoint pages for internal communications

In addition to these examples, responsibilities will be flexibly assigned based on each individual’s skills and experience.

■ Hybrid Work Style: Remote and In-Office

Work is conducted in a hybrid format, combining remote work and in-office attendance.
In principle, employees are expected to come to the office about twice a week, depending on their assigned tasks.


Requirements for remote work:

A stable internet connection at home A private workspace separate from family members (e.g., a private room)
Note: Co-working spaces or other locations outside the home are not permitted.
A company laptop will be provided for work.

Position: General Administrative Support (Including Support for Employees with Disabilities)

Tasks and workload will be adjusted based on your skills and experience. There are four main task categories:

【Translation Team】

  • Translating sales materials (EN↔JP)

  • Translating internal training materials (EN↔JP)

Required Skills:

  • Business-level English proficiency

  • Experience in sales, IT knowledge, or industry-specific expertise

  • Ability to translate at a professional level without relying solely on machine translation

【Accounting Team】

  • Data entry and error checking / Monthly performance aggregation

  • Bank payment inquiries (checking for unpaid balances)

  • Preparing and reviewing accounting-related documents

Required Skills:

  • Experience in basic review/checking tasks

  • Excel skills (functions like IF, VLOOKUP, pivot tables)

【Contract & Data Processing Team】

  • Issuing user accounts

  • Listing contract details with external vendors, checking expiration dates and renewal terms

  • Entering vendor and contract information into management systems

  • Creating various lists and data sets

Required Skills:

  • Intermediate Excel skills (functions like IF, VLOOKUP, and basic VBA/macros)

【Internal Communications Team】

  • Editing or updating content/layout on internal portals (e.g., SharePoint)

  • Formatting and designing internal announcement emails

Required Skills:

  • Basic PowerPoint skills (e.g., font and text box layout)

  • Sense of visual balance and color coordination

  • Ability to format and structure email content

  • Basic video editing skills

【Other General Office Tasks】

  • Data entry

  • Reviewing and entering internal application forms

  • In-office support tasks and workspace organization

  • Receiving and preparing mail and packages for delivery


Who You Are

Required Skills and Experience
Education: High school diploma or above

Essential Skills:

  • Basic PC skills using Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Experience working collaboratively as part of a team

  • Fluent Japanese

Preferred (but not required) Skills and Experience:

  • Intermediate Excel skills (e.g., use of functions)

  • Experience in English-Japanese or Japanese-English translation

  • Experience in accounting tasks

  • Experience editing SharePoint or using other Microsoft applications
