Accountabilities:
- Manage client projects and annual budgets while advising clients on eDiscovery best practices and cost-effective delivery strategies.
- Consult with clients to define project scope, execution plans, timelines, and solutions aligned with industry standards and internal processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce costs, increase delivery speed, and maximize the use of technology solutions.
- Coordinate project communications and expectations across internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Initiate project activities by creating work orders for data processing, review, production, and related services.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure successful completion of deliverables.
- Provide workflow consultation and contribute to the development of project standards and best practices.
- Train and support team members on eDiscovery processes, workflows, and operational procedures.
- Act as an escalation resource by applying strong knowledge of internal tools, documentation, and project methodologies.
- Build trusted client relationships by providing strategic guidance and consistently delivering high-quality solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; advanced degree such as a Master’s or Juris Doctor is a plus.
- 6+ years of professional experience, including at least 4 years managing eDiscovery projects.
- 5+ years of experience working within a law department, law firm, legal consulting organization, or eDiscovery services provider.
- Hands-on experience with Relativity is required.
- Strong understanding of eDiscovery processes, workflows, technology solutions, and industry best practices.
- Ability to provide strategic consultation and develop solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and client outcomes.
- Strong project management skills with experience managing client relationships and delivering projects successfully.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information, manage expectations, and resolve conflicts.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability and flexibility to manage changing priorities in a growing environment.
- Ability to interpret and execute instructions provided through written and verbal communication.
- Availability to occasionally work outside standard business hours or participate in on-call support when needed.
- Competitive annual salary range of $113,048–$140,000 depending on skills, experience, and location.
