As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be part of a healthcare data product team responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale data solutions that drive operational and strategic decision-making. This role combines data analytics, application development, and data engineering disciplines to deliver innovative solutions that improve business processes, automate workflows, and provide actionable insights.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to build scalable solutions using SQL, Python, Databricks, Power Apps, and modern cloud technologies. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into impactful data products.
Primary Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and support data solutions using SQL, Python, Databricks, and Power Apps
Build and maintain data pipelines, data models, and business applications
Develop Power Apps solutions and integrations that improve business processes
Analyze complex healthcare and operational data to support business decisions
Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and transformation processes
Develop dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI and related tools
Implement data quality, validation, and monitoring processes
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
Drive automation and process improvement initiatives
Present analytical findings and recommendations to leadership and business partners

Required Qualifications:
Experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or Analytics Development
Experience with Python and Databricks
Experience developing Power Apps solutions
Experience building ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines
Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
Solid understanding of data warehousing, data modelling, and data quality practices
Advanced SQL development skills
Proven solid communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Healthcare, PBM, or pharmacy industry experience
Experience with RxClaim and pharmacy claims processing
Experience supporting pharmacy pricing, network operations, or regulatory data solutions
Knowledge of RxClaim configuration, including Plan Codes, Pricing, Pharmacy Networks
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
