We are seeking a hands-on Logistics Manager who can not only lead day-to-day logistics operations but also bring structure, organization, and process discipline to the function. This individual will play a key role in standardizing processes, implementing best practices, and building a scalable logistics operation that supports business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to structure and optimize logistics processes, ensuring operational efficiency and consistency.
- Establish and implement standardized procedures, controls, and best practices across warehousing, distribution, and inventory management.
- Manage the department budget and ensure achievement of spare parts sales objectives.
- Oversee warehousing, distribution, and inventory management processes.
- Drive initiatives to reduce excess and obsolete inventory.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement continuous improvement actions.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Logistics Manager or Logistics Supervisor.
- Experience managing 3PL and 4PL logistics operations.
- Strong background in inventory management, distribution, and warehouse operations.
- Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to work closely with production and plant operations.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, including regular interaction with production teams and presence on the shop floor, including welding operations areas.
