You will have access to unlimited data to facilitate creative decision-making and cooperate with a world-class team that can turn your recommendations for the country’s operations into an efficient reality.This role is for a senior leader within Glovo’s Operations team, dedicated to enhancing the experience of our couriers and partners while optimizing overall delivery operations.THE JOURNEYAnalysing relevant data to identify trends and build successful implementation strategies for our operations.Improving and contributing to the upgrading of the delivery time, the efficiency of the couriers and delivery’s costs.Closely cooperating with the global operations team and General Manager right-hand in any strategic topic.Ensuring operational excellence and stellar customer experience, by strategic management of supply chain status.Assessing strategic opportunities, performance of a wide range of quantitative and qualitative analysesImplementing, standardizing and executing processes in all citiesEstablishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders (couriers and third party logistics)Team Leadership & Culture: Develop and mentor team leads, fostering a high-performance culture and growing top talent. Qualifications WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE5+ years total professional experience, preferably in ops/strategy consulting or in an operations/logistic companyManagerial experience - You should be able to motivate and develop teamsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics or similar preferredHands on mentality: manage the big picture and the smallest detailsYou´re always on top of your deadlines and you demonstrate to be passionate about organization!Proven experience of working with external partners to align on strategic initiatives, foster mutual growth, and ensure seamless collaborationExperience in KPIs tracking and creation and optimization expertiseProblem solver, data-driven decision-making with an analytical approach (SQL and excel are a plus!)Excellent communication skills (B2+ English and local language)An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitudeA deep understanding of how a delivery business works and a keen business mindsetCapacity to work at a fast pace within an ambitious GroupIndividuals representing diverse profiles, and abilities, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
