Accountabilities

    • Provide operational support for online market research projects across multiple regions and time zones, ensuring seamless project continuity.
    • Respond promptly to client and internal requests while delivering professional, customer-focused communication.
    • Monitor project health, identify operational risks, troubleshoot project issues, and coordinate timely resolutions with regional teams.
    • Support project delivery during regional handoffs by maintaining accurate communication and ensuring uninterrupted service.
    • Escalate critical issues appropriately while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to minimize project disruptions.
    • Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high standards of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
    • Contribute to continuous process improvements by providing proactive feedback and supporting operational excellence.
    • Requirements

      • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
      • Minimum of 2 years of customer-facing experience managing multiple online market research or project support initiatives under tight deadlines.
      • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace applications.
      • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; additional language proficiency is considered an advantage.
      • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
      • Ability to communicate confidently with clients and stakeholders in a professional manner.
      • Self-motivated, accountable, and eager to learn new technologies and industry concepts.
      • Reliable high-speed internet connection to support remote collaboration with global teams.
      • Experience with online market research, programmatic sampling, survey platforms such as Qualtrics or SurveyMonkey, or Excel certification is considered a plus.
      • Willingness to work US Central Time (CST) shifts, including weekends, with two scheduled days off each week.
