Accountabilities:

    • Plan and coordinate data migration activities in collaboration with project stakeholders, including managing timelines, dependencies, and onboarding schedules for new customers.
    • Extract data from a variety of legacy systems and work closely with customers to map, validate, and prepare datasets for migration into cloud platforms.
    • Execute end-to-end data migration processes using ETL/ELT tools and methodologies, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and performance of migrated data.
    • Load and validate data within target systems, troubleshooting issues and working with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or data quality concerns.
    • Support customer-facing workshops and discussions related to data mapping, transformation rules, and validation processes.
    • Ensure all migration activities are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with defined quality standards for customer onboarding.
    • Requirements

      • 2+ years of experience in data migration, data consulting, or implementation roles involving structured ETL/ELT processes.
      • Experience working in customer-facing consulting or technical delivery environments.
      • Strong understanding of data extraction and transformation from multiple source systems, including cloud-based, web-based, and middleware platforms.
      • Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools and methodologies for cross-system data migration.
      • Familiarity with ERP, financial, warehouse management, or production-related software systems (preferred).
      • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work through structured data mapping and troubleshooting challenges.
      • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a client-facing context.
      • Proficiency with productivity tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
      • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
