Accountabilities

    • Engage with prospective and existing families to understand academic needs and recommend appropriate tutoring and college readiness programs.
    • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound outreach via phone, email, and SMS to follow up on leads and drive enrollments.
    • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, focusing on both new business acquisition and customer renewals or repurchases.
    • Deliver consultative recommendations that build trust, improve student outcomes, and encourage long-term engagement.
    • Provide ongoing customer support throughout the program lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and strong outcomes.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and tutors to identify upsell, expansion, and referral opportunities.
    • Represent the organization at events, fairs, and community outreach initiatives to generate new leads and strengthen brand presence.
    • Requirements:

      • 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, or consultative advisory roles, ideally in a high-volume or performance-driven environment.
      • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly explain complex solutions in a consultative manner.
      • Proven ability to manage multiple leads and priorities while meeting or exceeding performance targets.
      • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with high outbound activity expectations.
      • Excellent relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset and strong attention to detail.
      • Ability to handle objections, resolve customer concerns, and guide decision-making effectively.
      • Willingness to work standard weekday hours with occasional evenings or weekends, and some minor travel for events.
