Accountabilities:
- Establish clinical strategies that align with healthcare policies, regulatory requirements, value-based care models, and evolving industry trends.
- Represent the organization through professional forums, advisory boards, industry discussions, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Develop clinical insights, partnerships, and educational content that strengthen market positioning and healthcare impact.
- Lead the creation and implementation of evidence-based clinical practices, nursing standards, and medication safety protocols.
- Manage and guide clinical professionals and subject matter experts to ensure solutions reflect real-world healthcare workflows.
- Support regulatory compliance initiatives and promote patient safety, quality improvement, and operational excellence.
- Act as a clinical subject matter expert supporting product strategy, innovation, and solution development.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance clinical workflows, decision-support capabilities, and healthcare technology solutions.
- Incorporate customer feedback, emerging clinical practices, and regulatory updates into product improvements.
- Partner with healthcare executives, clinical leaders, and quality teams to implement transformation initiatives.
- Develop customized approaches that improve care coordination, clinical effectiveness, and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to support adoption and market growth.
- Monitor healthcare trends and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and competitive differentiation.
- Lead initiatives reviewed by clinical governance committees and support strategic decision-making.
- Advanced degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (MSN, DNP, or equivalent preferred).
- 10+ years of clinical experience, including at least 5 years in leadership, consulting, or strategic advisory roles.
- Deep expertise in clinical governance, healthcare regulations, patient safety, and value-based care models.
- Experience working with healthcare technology platforms, clinical decision-support systems, or healthcare IT solutions.
- Proven ability to influence clinical policies, regulatory trends, and industry best practices at national or state levels.
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and the needs of providers and care organizations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, technical, product, sales, and operational teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
