Process booking to meet customer satisfaction and time frame required by KPI. Achieve to be the best customer service-oriented provider.

1. Shipping (50%)

Shipping coordination (20%)

  • To be primary point of contact for the customer regarding all shipment arrangements.  

Operations (20%)

  • Liaising with local and oversea office, agents and contractors for shipment requirements.

Billing (10%)

  • Generate invoices and updates of cost from agents and contractors.

2. Warehouse (50%)

Order processing (20%)

  • Daily coordinate with customer on the order drop to warehouse.
  • Update the WMS based on the order from customers.
  • Generate Pick list to warehouse.
  • Coordinate with transporter on stuffing and unstuffing activities in warehouse.
  • Prepare necessary freight document.
  • Fast response to customer requests.

Warehousing (20%)

  • Coordinate with warehouse Team Leader to carry out operation based on customer request.
  • Ensure the job opening and closing.

Billing (10%)

  • Ensure the month end billing is tally to the services provided to customers.
  • CBM is calculator accuracy based on the inventory, inbound and outbound activities.
  • On time posting invoices to customers.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2-year experience in logistics and warehouse
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge in shipping industry will be advantage
  • Ability to work independently, meticulous, self-motivator and a team player
  • Ability to cope in fast-paced environment
  • Pleasant personality and a good team player
  • Proficient in MS Office & able to work independently
