1. Shipping (50%)
Shipping coordination (20%)
- To be primary point of contact for the customer regarding all shipment arrangements.
Operations (20%)
- Liaising with local and oversea office, agents and contractors for shipment requirements.
Billing (10%)
- Generate invoices and updates of cost from agents and contractors.
2. Warehouse (50%)
Order processing (20%)
- Daily coordinate with customer on the order drop to warehouse.
- Update the WMS based on the order from customers.
- Generate Pick list to warehouse.
- Coordinate with transporter on stuffing and unstuffing activities in warehouse.
- Prepare necessary freight document.
- Fast response to customer requests.
Warehousing (20%)
- Coordinate with warehouse Team Leader to carry out operation based on customer request.
- Ensure the job opening and closing.
Billing (10%)
- Ensure the month end billing is tally to the services provided to customers.
- CBM is calculator accuracy based on the inventory, inbound and outbound activities.
- On time posting invoices to customers.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree preferred
- Minimum of 2-year experience in logistics and warehouse
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in shipping industry will be advantage
- Ability to work independently, meticulous, self-motivator and a team player
- Ability to cope in fast-paced environment
- Pleasant personality and a good team player
- Proficient in MS Office & able to work independently
