Accountabilities:
- Design engaging, efficient, and intuitive product experiences that solve real customer problems.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality end-to-end user experiences.
- Conduct user research, usability studies, and discovery activities to understand workflows, needs, and pain points.
- Create journey maps, task flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs to validate concepts.
- Develop deep expertise in assigned product areas and use research insights to guide product decisions.
- Partner with design system teams and developers to ensure accurate and scalable implementation of designs.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and promote strong design practices across the organization.
- Represent user perspectives in product strategy discussions and roadmap planning.
- Analyze user feedback and product insights to improve experiences and drive measurable outcomes.
- Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to other designers, helping strengthen design capabilities across the team.
- Collaborate within an agile environment that encourages iteration, testing, and continuous improvement.
- Proven experience designing modern SaaS or enterprise software products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design process, problem-solving approach, decision-making, and measurable outcomes.
- Solid skills in user research, interaction design, prototyping, and experience design.
- Ability to independently own complex design projects from discovery through delivery.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and design thinking principles.
- Experience collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across different teams and functions.
- Ability to work effectively in highly iterative environments involving feedback, experimentation, and rapid improvements.
- Experience mentoring designers or providing meaningful design feedback is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use research and insights to influence product decisions.
