How you create impact

The Internal Customs Specialist is responsible for handling customs operations for clients whose transportation is managed by our business units. Acting as an internal service provider, this role ensures efficient and compliant execution of customs declarations and clearances. The Internal Customs Specialist plays a key role in supporting operational excellence, identifying process improvements, and ensuring that the customs services provided meet the high standards expected by our business units, contributing to overall customer satisfaction. 


What we would like you to bring

  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and performance within the customs team.
  • Collaborate with the operations manager to develop and implement improvements in the process, ensuring the operation remains competitive and effective.
  • Provide feedback to national customs operational manager regarding any recurring issues that impact service quality or customer relationships.
  • Work closely with sales and account management to address customer concerns and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Internal Communication and Support

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that customs services are aligned with the needs and expectations of our business units.
