Accountabilities:

    As the GM, Oncology Care, you will own the strategy, growth, and execution of a critical healthcare program. You will combine business leadership, market expertise, and operational discipline to drive meaningful outcomes for patients, healthcare partners, and the organization.

    • Define and execute the strategic vision for oncology care programs, including priorities, growth opportunities, success metrics, and long-term evolution.
    • Translate patient needs, customer insights, clinical expertise, and market trends into clear product, service, and business strategies.
    • Build business cases for new capabilities, program enhancements, and expansion opportunities while balancing patient impact, customer value, operational feasibility, and business goals.
    • Partner with product, engineering, clinical, operations, marketing, and commercial teams to develop and launch new healthcare solutions.
    • Ensure end-to-end program excellence across patient experiences, clinician workflows, customer interactions, operating models, and technology platforms.
    • Lead go-to-market strategy, including positioning, messaging, pricing, packaging, sales enablement, and customer-facing materials.
    • Support strategic customer engagements, renewals, and market conversations with healthcare buyers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
    • Develop sales playbooks, competitive intelligence, and market insights to strengthen commercial performance.
    • Serve as a trusted external representative with healthcare organizations, industry audiences, and strategic partners.
    • Drive cross-functional alignment by clarifying priorities, enabling decision-making, and ensuring execution against shared objectives.
    • Monitor market evolution, identify emerging opportunities, and continuously improve program effectiveness and scalability.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is a healthcare business leader with experience bringing complex products, services, or care delivery programs from strategy through market adoption and scale. They combine strategic vision with hands-on execution skills and thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

      • 15+ years of professional experience in healthcare technology, healthcare delivery, oncology, specialty care, payer organizations, employer benefits, or related high-growth environments.
      • Proven experience leading healthcare products, programs, or services with responsibility for strategy, commercialization, and operational execution.
      • Strong understanding of healthcare buyers, including payers, employers, providers, and cancer care stakeholders.
      • Demonstrated experience with go-to-market activities such as positioning, launch planning, customer discovery, pricing, packaging, sales enablement, and strategic sales support.
      • Experience serving as an external-facing leader with credibility among customers, partners, and industry audiences.
      • Strong healthcare business judgment with the ability to navigate complex clinical, operational, and commercial challenges.
      • Ability to simplify complex healthcare topics and communicate effectively with executives, customers, and cross-functional teams.
      • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills within matrixed organizations.
      • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities with a bias toward action.
      • Ability to operate effectively in environments with evolving priorities and broad ownership.
