Accountabilities:

    The Salesforce Integration Engineer will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and supporting business system integrations while ensuring reliable operations and strong collaboration across teams.

    • Design, build, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and key business platforms, including financial, commerce, and operational systems.
    • Develop Salesforce customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, and other platform capabilities.
    • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues to minimize operational disruptions.
    • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and improve business workflows.
    • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and synchronization across connected systems.
    • Create dashboards, reports, and performance indicators to monitor integration health and operational effectiveness.
    • Support data migration planning and execution for new system implementations.
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for system integration issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams and external vendors.
    • Document technical changes, maintain system documentation, and support user training initiatives.
    • Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and increased operational efficiency.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate brings strong Salesforce development experience, technical problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

      • 3–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, business systems developer, or similar technical role with strong Salesforce platform expertise.
      • Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Custom Objects, Permission Sets, Reports, and Dashboards.
      • Strong understanding of APIs, REST integrations, and data integration best practices.
      • Experience using scripting or programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and SQL for data manipulation and automation.
      • Ability to diagnose technical issues, identify root causes, and deliver data-driven solutions.
      • Experience with version control and deployment tools such as Git, Salesforce CLI, change sets, or CI/CD pipelines.
      • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
      • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
      • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
