CHIEF STAFF OFFICER

You will serve as CHIEF STAFF OFFICER of HELICOPTER MARITIME STRIKE WING PAC. You will manage a full range of operational and administrative management services essential to the direction and operation of major Naval command. You will be directly responsible for the overall coordination of day-to-day matters within the organization. You will direct, coordinate, or oversee work of subordinate supervisors and managers. You will provide executive guidance to multi-year and longer-range work plans. You will approve the allocation and distribution of funds in the organizations budget. You will establish program objectives and long-range plans to ensure the wing work force is kept at appropriate readiness levels.
