We’re seeking an experienced and strategic manager for a Vice President to join our Execution Services, Markets Operations team located in Singapore.  

 

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Lead and manage operations of a Middle Office FX Overlay and Trade Support Operations team supporting FX, Interest Rates Derivatives and Futures products, fostering a culture of accountability, precision, and continuous improvement.
  • Deliver end-to-end oversight of operational processes to ensure consistency, regulatory compliance, and efficiency while aligning with broader business objectives.
  • Partner closely with Front Office, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Change teams to resolve complex operational issues and successfully deliver strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate execution of all trade lifecycle events, including proactive escalation management and resolution of operational breaks.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for senior stakeholders across Operations, Front Office, Middle Office, Technology, and support functions.
  • Drive process re-engineering, automation, and the adoption of digital and AI-enabled solutions to enhance efficiency, scalability, and risk mitigation.
  • Oversee key performance indicators, operational risk metrics, and service delivery standards to ensure consistent, high-quality client outcomes.
  • Lead strategic product initiatives, regulatory change programs, and new business onboarding with a strong focus on control integrity and seamless execution.
  • Promote a high-performance culture anchored in continuous improvement, innovation, and professional development.

 

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field 
  • 15–20 years of experience within FX Overlay, Trade Support, or Product Control functions, including a minimum of 10 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
  • A deep understanding of operational risk frameworks, escalation protocols, and control environments within markets operations.
  • Demonstrated strength in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and engage across senior levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities, with a detail-oriented and solution-driven approach.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A track record of delivering transformation initiatives, including process optimization and automation.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and AI-enabled solutions, with the ability to embed these effectively into operational workflows (mandatory).
  • Flexibility to support regional coverage, including select public holidays, as required.
