Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a functional and technical expert for workforce scheduling, time management, and HR technology platforms.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize workforce management and scheduling systems to support evolving business needs.
- Provide day-to-day operational support by troubleshooting system issues, resolving defects, and ensuring platform stability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges, gather requirements, and recommend technology-driven solutions.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, system configurations, and integration requirements.
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and system capabilities to identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
- Lead and support system enhancement initiatives through discovery, planning, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and implementation partners to ensure successful project execution and ongoing system performance.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and quality assurance activities to validate system functionality and user acceptance.
- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, business processes, enhancements, and operational procedures.
- Communicate system updates, enhancements, and process improvements effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay current with emerging workforce management technologies and HR system capabilities to recommend innovative solutions.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 5+ years of experience supporting or implementingย Workforce Management,ย Scheduling, orย HR Technologysolutions.
- Strong understanding of workforce scheduling, time and attendance systems, and HR technology ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience with workforce management platforms such asย Infor Workforce Management (WFM),ย Indeavor,ย Shiftboard,ย Infor APS, or similar solutions.
- Solid knowledge of integrations between scheduling, payroll, HR, and workforce management systems.
- Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into scalable technology solutions.
- Experience supporting production environments, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring operational stability.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Experience with reporting, analytics, workforce data analysis, and process automation is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business requirements, and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
