As an Housekeeping Trainne, you’re not just developing hands-on technical expertise – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Learn and grow with experienced Housekeeping professionals: Support the Housekeeping team in maintaining the cleanliness, order, and presentation of guest rooms, public areas, and heart-of-house spaces while learning industry best practices.
- Gain hands-on experience in hotel housekeeping operations: Assist with room preparation, cleaning procedures, linen handling, replenishment of guest amenities, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
- Conduct quality and cleanliness inspections: Help inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet brand standards and provide an exceptional guest experience.
- Support inventory and supplies management: Assist in monitoring housekeeping supplies, linens, and guest amenities, helping ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Document housekeeping activities: Record completed inspections, room status updates, and any maintenance or service issues that require follow-up.
- Provide administrative and operational support: Assist with departmental administrative tasks, coordinate materials and supplies, and support daily housekeeping operations as needed.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences: Contribute to creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests by upholding Hilton's standards of hospitality and service excellence.
