In this role, you will lead the introduction and clinical adoption of innovative neurovascular technologies across Korea, helping healthcare professionals deliver advanced treatment solutions to patients. You will work at the intersection of clinical education, technology commercialization, and market development, partnering with internal teams and leading specialists to accelerate safe and effective adoption of cutting-edge therapies.
What You Will Do
- Lead the launch and adoption of new neurovascular technologies across Korea, aligned with global commercialization strategies.
- Develop and deliver training programs for sales representatives and distribution partners covering product technology, procedural applications, and competitive positioning.
- Create, localize, and maintain educational materials, procedural guides, and competency assessment tools for the Korean market.
- Conduct field coaching sessions and competency evaluations to drive consistent product and procedural knowledge across commercial teams.
- Design and execute healthcare professional education programs for neurovascular specialists, including physicians and clinical stakeholders.
- Organize hands-on training workshops, simulation programs, and procedural education events to support clinical adoption.
- Build and manage relationships with key clinical experts and professional organizations to expand awareness and advocacy of neurovascular technologies.
- Monitor market adoption, training effectiveness, competitive activity, and market penetration metrics, providing regular insights and recommendations to leadership.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in medical device sales, clinical education, product management, or a related healthcare industry role.
- Proven experience supporting product launches and developing clinical or commercial education programs.
- Business-level English proficiency.
- Native or fluent Korean language proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- A sales representative with case in-service experience in the intervention field
- Minimum 5 years of experience within neurovascular, neuro-intervention, or related interventional medical device fields.
- Knowledge of neurovascular anatomy, pathology, and interventional procedures, including acute ischemic stroke, aneurysm, or arteriovenous malformation treatment.
- Experience collaborating with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, or professional medical societies.
