Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated AI/ML Engineer with a deep passion for Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs). This role will involve designing, developing, and deploying intelligent, scalable, and production-grade AI applications tailored to real-world business use cases. As part of the Automated Test Equipment Development Team, the selected candidate will contribute to innovative solutions in the aerospace and defense industry, driving advancements in automation, prediction models, and decision intelligence.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning (ML) and AI models for various use cases, including prediction, automation, natural language processing (NLP), and decision intelligence.
• Build and optimize applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), such as chatbots, document intelligence systems, summarization engines, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Leverage hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, vector search, and RAG architectures to develop cutting-edge solutions.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability of AI systems.
• Develop and manage end-to-end ML and Generative AI pipelines, including training, validation, versioning, deployment, monitoring, and optimization processes.
• Work with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) to enable scalable, data-driven AI solutions.
• Implement AI governance, security measures, and responsible AI practices across ML and LLM systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering /Electronics and communication Engineering with 6-10 yrs of experience.
• Hands-on experience building generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Proficiency in prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and integrating LLMs with both structured and unstructured data sources.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML libraries such as XGBoost, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
• Proficient in SQL and data handling.
• Experience applying MLOps practices, including CI/CD for ML workflows, model versioning, and deployment pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Langraph to orchestrate agents, workflows, and multi-step AI pipelines.
• Prior experience in the aerospace industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of C#, as well as familiarity with National Instruments platforms such as LabVIEW, TestStand, and DIAdem, is an added advantage.
