In this role, you will impact the development of Honeywell’s workforce by enabling continuous learning and development for regional talent while serving as a practical connection point between enterprise talent initiatives and regional HR needs. This work supports the company’s strategic talent objectives and fosters a culture of high performance and innovation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Scale regional talent learning programs aligned with enterprise talent strategies and regional priorities.
- Collaborate with regional HR leadership to provide visibility into Talent COE programs and support consistent information flow.
- Develop and review learning content, materials, and resources.
- Leverage learning management systems and digital platforms to enhance program reporting.
- Facilitate communication and promote engagement with stakeholders at all levels to ensure program understanding, adoption, and success.
- Gather and analyze data on program performance and participant feedback, elevating regional insights to support continuous improvement and regionalization.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Experience in designing and implementing learning and development programs.
- Knowledge of instructional design methodologies.
- Ability to analyze learning needs and measure program effectiveness.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively, influence stakeholders, and support cross-functional teamwork.
- Facilitation capabilities to enable seamless program delivery.
