Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $209,000.00/yr Meta is seeking an Area Contract Manager to support the Design, Engineering, and Construction (DEC) team within its Infrastructure Data Center (IDC) organization. In this role, you will serve as the commercial and contractual subject matter expert for data center design and construction programs across the central region. You will be responsible for managing contract negotiations, execution, commercial risk, and change management processes across a portfolio of large-scale data center projects, working closely with general contractors, trade partners, and internal cross-functional teams to protect Meta's commercial interests and drive program delivery.Area Contract Manager, Central - Data Center Design, Engineering, & Construction Responsibilities:Serve as the primary commercial and contractual subject matter expert for data center design and construction contracts across the central region, ensuring alignment with contract terms, scope, and obligationsSupport the overall design and construction contract management function, including development and implementation of contract management tooling solutions, contract playbooks, and deal-to-contract intake and review processes for their functional programLead the review, negotiation, and approval of contract changes, including change orders, claims, and commercial entitlement assessments submitted by General Contractors and Trade partnersManage the end-to-end change...
