Role:
Associate Director – Data Science and Content Intelligence is responsible for ensuring the delivery, quality, and impact of data science, analytics, and AI capabilities across diverse products and platforms. This role emphasizes leveraging data-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency, inform strategic decision-making, and position the Data and Analytics (DnA) organization for sustained growth and competitive advantage.
We are looking for a product leader to drive Content Intelligence and AI-enabled structured data capabilities across enterprise platforms. This role sits at the intersection of Data Science, Product Management, and Domain Intelligence, responsible for shaping content to transform regulatory, customer, and market requirements into scalable, machine-first solutions that drive innovation and excellence across the organization.
Primary Accountabilities:
- Design and enhance frameworks, models, and architectures to ensure intelligent product capabilities and facilitate organized content management
- Create robust systems for classifying content, which enhances discoverability, standardization, and interoperability across various products.
- Oversee content lifecycle governance to ensure structural evolution, mapping integrity, and consistency across platforms.
- Collaborate with product leadership to integrate content intelligence within the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with development features.
- Implement AI-driven methods for improving metadata enrichment and content classification, translating expertise into actionable frameworks for AI systems.
- Establish structured intelligence within comprehensive workflows, ensuring efficient ingestion, enrichment, validation, and delivery processes.
- Develop QA frameworks and governance models to maintain taxonomy integrity and metadata consistency, driving improvement in operational efficiency.
- Serve as a liaison between product teams, data science, engineering, and domain experts, communicating strategies and aligning business objectives with technical execution.
- Mentor and lead ops support and enablement teams, fostering skills in product design, structured content modeling, and the execution of AI-driven workflows for high-quality outcomes for DnA organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent working experience.
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- 15+ years in product, engineering, or technical leadership
- Superior engineering/architecture fluency
- Systems thinking and ability to scale product quality in AI Driven workflows
- Exceptional abilities in operating and managing complex/matrix team structures
