This position will be located located in Roy, UT and will support the Sentinel program.This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.What You Will Get To Do:As an Engineering Manager of the AVE Aero/Fluids team within the AVE Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (MS&A) IPT you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to deliver on all contractual requirements on cost and on schedule, while achieving all technical requirements.This position is a dual-hat position requiring the candidate to perform functional management activities as well as program responsibilities. It is expected that the Functional management role will comprise up to 20% of the candidate's time. The candidate will have 80% technical/assignment responsibilities: supporting SDS programs within their same function.Position responsibilities include: Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to team members.Measuring and reporting team performance.Drive technical scope planning, risk management, project performance; manage cost, schedule, and technical quality of work products.Apply extensive aero/fluids knowledge, skills and ability in pursuit of meeting contractual. requirements.
