We have more than 900 employees, united by a shared vision: improving life on Earth by becoming the global source of truth in Earth Observation.Your day-to-day responsibilitiesDesign and execute qualification test plans and campaigns for power, digital, and mixed-signal electronicsDevelop and maintain test procedures, documentation, and review materials for internal validationAnalyze test data, perform root-cause analysis, and communicate results to stakeholdersDesign and develop test systems, including EGSE, fixtures, and automated test solutionsCollaborate with design engineers to improve product robustness and testabilitySupport production and AIT by ensuring test readiness and scalable testing approachesLead and coordinate testing activities, including mentoring less experienced engineersContribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and methodologiesWhat are we looking forMust haves:BSc or MSc degree in Electronics Engineering or similar5+ years of experience in electronics testing, test automation, or related fieldsExperience leading R&D or technical projectsExperience developing automated tests and managing full test development lifecyclesExperience designing test jigs and fixturesExperience with microcontroller programmingExperience with PCB design tools such as Altium or similar EDA toolsExperience with SPICE-based circuit simulationHands-on experience testing custom electronics using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and signal generatorsStrong problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis of failuresStrong communication skills in English and ability to work in multicultural environmentsNice to haves:Experience in aerospace, satellite systems, or other high-reliability industriesExperience with environmental testing such as thermal or vibration testingExperience scaling test systems for production environmentsApplication ProcessRecruiter screeningHiring manager interviewTechnical taskTechnical panel interviewFinal interviewWorking at ICEYEAt ICEYE, you’ll join a diverse and highly engaged team united by the ambition to make the impossible possible.
