NVIDIA is looking for a Data Science Student to join the NSV (Network Solutions Validation) group. NSV builds high-performing software automation for NVIDIA’s Data Center environments and helps drive the data growth of the world’s biggest companies. In this role, you will be working on both Data Engineering and Agentic AI. You’ll design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance data pipelines that handle massive volumes of data from hardware, communication modules, firmware, and large-scale AI and HPC clusters. Take active part in developing AI Agents which will take our teams capabilities to the next level.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Design and maintain flexible ETL/ELT frameworks for ingesting, transforming, and classifying cluster verifications data.
  • Deliver reliable insights for cluster performance analysis, telemetry visibility, and end-to-end test data
  • Develop insights, and create visualizations to support performance analysis, telemetry visibility, and end-to-end test data
  • Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Learn new tools and technologies to enhance data analysis capabilities.
  • Take part in developing AI Agents which provide that enhances the visibility and accessibility of insights and data for our users

What we need to see:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science or other related fields
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and troubleshoot data-related issues.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Previous experience as data analyst
  • Currently pursuing a Master degree in Computer Science, Data Science or other related fields
  • Strong practical experience with Apache Spark (PySpark or Scala) and Databricks
  • Proficiency in working with AI development tools (e.g. Cursor)
