Accountabilities:

    • Develop and own the global PR and communications strategy across earned media, corporate messaging, thought leadership, and key company announcements.
    • Define and evolve the company’s narrative, messaging architecture, and positioning within cybersecurity, AI automation, and offensive security markets.
    • Lead executive communications strategy, building visibility through media engagement, speaking opportunities, bylines, and social platforms.
    • Design and execute integrated communications plans aligned with product launches, marketing campaigns, industry events, and strategic milestones.
    • Manage PR agencies and external partners, setting priorities, defining KPIs, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and messaging consistency.
    • Oversee cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer, and People teams to ensure unified storytelling across all channels.
    • Develop crisis communications frameworks and serve as a strategic advisor during sensitive or high-risk situations.
    • Drive analyst relations strategy (where applicable), expanding market awareness and category leadership through industry influencers and research firms.
    • Define PR success metrics such as share of voice, executive visibility, and impact on pipeline, using insights to continuously refine strategy.
    • Requirements:

      • 8–12+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or related roles within B2B technology, preferably cybersecurity or enterprise software.
      • Proven success leading PR strategy, executive communications, and external messaging in high-growth organizations.
      • Strong experience acting as a strategic advisor to senior executives and leadership teams.
      • Demonstrated ability to manage PR agencies, budgets, and multi-region communications programs.
      • Exceptional storytelling, messaging development, and executive presence coaching skills.
      • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments with strong prioritization and execution focus.
      • Experience working with analyst relations, media ecosystems, and industry influencers is highly desirable.
      • Familiarity with PR tools and platforms (e.g., media monitoring, social listening, and analytics tools) is a plus.
      • Background in cybersecurity, enterprise technology, or AI/ML domains strongly preferred.
      • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field (advanced degree a plus).
      • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at executive level.
