About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
The ExperienceThe Manager / Senior Manager, Program Management role is part of the Salesforce Platform team — a cross-functional group at the intersection of product, engineering, and partner ecosystem strategy. We are looking for a program leader who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and brings structure to complex, high-stakes initiatives that shape how our partners and customers experience the Salesforce platform.
In this role, you will drive two strategic programs: advancing our Headless 360 initiative — which enables any agent to operate Salesforce without the user interface by exposing data, workflows, and governance through hosted Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers — and leading Independent Software Vendor (ISV) packaging innovation across our entire partner ecosystem.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Lead go-to-market (GTM) program coordination for Headless 360 across product, engineering, marketing, sales, and operations teams — ensuring rapid product development driven by customer and partner feedback.
- Own end-to-end ISV packaging innovation programs: define and track partner readiness and validation windows, coordinate external rollouts, and drive adoption across the AppExchange ecosystem.
- Partner with marketing and operations to design unified communication cadences, deliver external enablement sessions, and coordinate Dreamforce and event demo readiness.
- Drive internal process improvements for headless use cases — including stock keeping unit (SKU) setup, product launch enablement materials, pre-launch assessments, license and product compatibility reviews, and go-to-market readiness checklists.
You're Our Person If...
- You have experience managing large, complex technical programs with multiple cross-functional stakeholders, and bring a structured, analytical, process-oriented approach to execution.
- You have strong knowledge of the AppExchange marketplace and the Salesforce Partner Community, with proven experience launching software-as-a-service (SaaS) offerings including consumption-based products.
- You communicate clearly and confidently — written, verbal, and in presentations — with the ability to translate complex technical topics for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- You are experienced working in a cross-functional, matrixed environment and can influence teams and leaders without direct authority.
Even Better If...
- You have expertise in pricing strategy and industry-standard packaging models for platform or ecosystem products.
- You have experience coordinating partner or developer ecosystem programs, including release notes, partner terms, or product operations (ProdOps) workflows.
- You have a background in or deep familiarity with Salesforce platform technologies, agent-based products, or headless architecture concepts.
