Accountabilities:

    As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will support recruiting operations by managing interview coordination, improving processes, and ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.

    • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through the interview process, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up.
    • Coordinate onsite and virtual interviews by partnering with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams.
    • Build strong relationships with recruiting partners and hiring teams through organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting workflows and improve operational efficiency.
    • Support Talent Acquisition operations goals through tracking metrics, monitoring key performance indicators, and maintaining process visibility.
    • Maintain recruiting documentation, workflows, and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance.
    • Represent the employer brand professionally throughout all candidate interactions.
    • Explore and implement new tools, processes, and best practices to enhance scheduling operations and candidate engagement.
    • Support both strategic and ad-hoc recruiting operations projects in partnership with the wider team.
    • Ensure recruiting processes remain efficient, compliant, and aligned with organizational standards.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent candidate experiences while supporting a fast-moving recruiting function.

      • 2+ years of experience in human resources, recruiting coordination, administration, or a related field.
      • At least 1 year of prior experience working as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar talent acquisition support role.
      • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
      • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), with Greenhouse experience considered a plus.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships across teams.
      • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail when managing multiple priorities.
      • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
      • Comfortable working in a fully distributed organization, including coordinating across time zones and managing remote interviews.
      • Experience using collaboration tools such as Slack, Gmail, Zoom, and similar platforms.
      • Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to balance tactical execution and strategic thinking.
      • Passion for creating outstanding experiences for candidates and supporting impactful hiring processes.
