This is your chance to be part of an award-winning in-house Communications Team! As Director, Executive Communications – Commercial, you will work in close partnership with Hilton's Commercial Services organization – comprising over 4,000 Team Members driving our sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions – to shape internal and external storytelling that drives growth across a global business.
You will support the Chief Commercial Officer in internal and external communications focused on Hilton's commercial performance, strategic agenda, and Team Member engagement worldwide. You will be a member of the Hilton Corporate Affairs Team, reporting to the Sr. Director of Executive Communications, and working in close partnership with the Global Commercial Leadership Team.
You will take complex and disparate information and translate it into a clear and compelling narratives, creating messaging that reflects both the strength Hilton's commercial engine and the strategic direction of our business globally. You will bring a strong global perspective, exceptional executive voice, and proven ability to develop high-impact speeches and internal and external thought leadership stages/opportunities in a complex, matrixed environment.
What you'll do during a typical day:
- Serve as a primary communicator for the Chief Commercial Officer, developing remarks, scripts, and narratives for internal and external engagements that are clear, authentic, and aligned to Hilton's enterprise strategy.
- Craft impactful communications materials, including leadership updates, presentations, talking points, and executive briefings.
- Source and synthesize information and data to develop clear, cohesive messaging, partnering across the organization to distill insights into compelling storylines that resonate globally.
- Build and elevate an external thought leadership platform for the Chief Commercial Officer, in partnership with the broader Corporate Affairs team
- Build an internal leadership platform that connects the Chief Commercial Officer with Team Members worldwide, in close coordination with Commercial Services Planning & Business Operations and HR.
- Support the Chief Commercial Officer's global speaking engagements, ensuring consistency, relevance, and clarity across diverse audiences and markets.
How you'll collaborate with others:
- Partner across a global, matrixed organization to ensure aligned and effective communications planning and execution.
- Be a connector across teams, bringing together inputs from multiple stakeholders to create unified, enterprise-aligned messaging.
- Lead others formally and informally to ensure communications activities are connected and aligned across the Commercial Services organization globally.
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Seven (7) years of experience in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
- Experience working in a global, corporate, matrixed environment
- Experience supporting executive communications, including preparing materials for senior leaders
- Experience developing written communications for internal and/or external audiences
- Travel up to 30%
It would be useful if you have:
- Two (2) years of Supervisory, Project Management, and/or hospitality experience
- Multimedia communications experience including copywriting, graphic design, MS PowerPoint presentations, and video production
- Communications consulting/coaching experience in a communications agency or consulting environment

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $120,000 – $160,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, and the Company's long-term incentive plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
