Accountabilities:

    The Territory Sales Officer - UFS will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing distributor operations, and developing strong relationships within the HORECA channel. The role requires a proactive approach to territory management, customer acquisition, and commercial execution.

    • Develop and grow business across the HORECA and corporate channels by building strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, and other food service customers.
    • Identify, acquire, and develop new clients while expanding business opportunities with existing customers.
    • Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales and business development strategies.
    • Maintain strong product knowledge to provide consultative support and recommend suitable solutions to customers.
    • Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators through effective territory planning and execution.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates to monitor business progress and identify improvement opportunities.
    • Manage distributor operations, including inventory, stock availability, billing, secondary sales, hygiene standards, and return on investment.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and support business growth initiatives.
    • Strengthen customer relationships through regular market visits and consistent engagement with key decision-makers.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional with strong knowledge of the HORECA industry and a proven ability to build relationships, drive revenue, and manage distributor networks.

      • MBA, PGDM, or a degree in Hotel Management or a related discipline.
      • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the HORECA or food and beverage industry.
      • Proven experience managing hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, or corporate food service accounts.
      • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
      • Experience in distributor management, including inventory control, billing, ROI analysis, and secondary sales.
      • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
      • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify new business opportunities.
      • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage territory priorities effectively.
      • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
      • Fluency in English and the local language.
      • Strong interpersonal, influencing, and teamwork skills.
