This role is onsite at our Washington, PA facility. Relocation is not provided. Washington, PA is the home of the Eaton Crouse-Hinds commercial outlet box facility which manufactures steel boxes, covers, and prefabricated electrical assemblies. Manufacturing 1.3 million units per week, this highly automated and fast paced environment places a high value on talented professionals that are focus on problem solving and efficiency.The expected annual salary range for this role is $79000 - $116000 a year. What you’ll do:
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations. This individual will ensure accurate inventory management, timely shipments, and efficient material flow while maintaining strong alignment with production and customer requirements. The position combines leadership and operational responsibilities with a focus on safety, quality, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about leading people, improving processes, and leveraging systems like SAP and Excel to drive operational excellence. In this role you will:Manage inbound receiving processes, including documentation and SAP system transactions to ensure accurate inventory recordsOversee inventory control for steel coil consignment, cartons, screw consignment materials, and other warehouse inventoryConduct cycle counts and maintain high levels of inventory accuracy and daily stand-up meetingsPlan and coordinate outbound shipments, including building truckloads for distribution centers (e.g., Roanoke, WCDC)Prepare shipping documentation and ensure adequate transportation capacityCoordinate and schedule direct-to-customer shipments to ensure on-time deliveryTrack shipments and ensure compliance with logistics requirementsServe as a liaison between warehouse operations, production, logistics, and customer service teamsLead and enforce safety policies to maintain a secure work environment as well as cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiativesIdentify opportunities for process improvements and implement enhancementsDevelop, maintain, and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs)Utilize SAP and other warehouse management systems to manage inventory and drive efficiencyLeverage Microsoft Excel and Office tools to analyze data and generate reportsTrack and report KPIs to support performance management and decision-makingQualifications:
