Job Description

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the GSC facilities maintenance team, coordinating priorities, execution follow-up, and support activities required to sustain safe and reliable operation.

  • Monitor WMS transactions, inventory movements, and material flow signals to identify operational gaps and performance risks.

  • Track and analyze KPIs related to inventory status, task throughput, location control, and warehouse execution.

  • Respond to alerts, exceptions, and abnormal execution conditions that may impact inventory integrity or material availability.

  • Escalate issues promptly and coordinate resolution with warehouse operations, material flow teams, system support, and floor personnel.

  • Support troubleshooting of WMS process failures, transaction issues, scan errors, blocked destinations, and handoff exceptions.

  • Validate data accuracy and help maintain reliable system control of unit load identity, inventory state, and discrete physical location.

  • Generate operational visibility for inventory, flow, and exception management to support daily decision making in the control room.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to stabilize execution, improve response time, and sustain warehouse performance.

  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Power Platform applications for GSC SLP GPS to support operational control, reporting, issue tracking, and process standardization.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power BI.

  • Knowledge of SharePoint administration and development.

  • Advanced / Intermediate English skills.

  • Experience working with warehouse, inventory, material flow, or logistics operations.

  • Ability to analyze KPIs, identify trends, and act on operational deviations.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in fast-paced operational environments.

  • Ability to coordinate with floor operations, support teams, and leadership during incidents.

  • Strong communication and escalation management skills.

  • Availability to work rotating shifts under a 4x3 schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel and data analysis skills preferred

  • Experience using WMS, ERP, dashboards, or operational monitoring tools.

  • Experience in manufacturing warehouse or plant material operations.

  • Knowledge of inventory control, transaction integrity, and warehouse execution processes.

  • Experience supporting issue resolution between system users and operations teams.

  • Knowlefge of Lean Manufacturing System
